Judgment
ORDER (ORAL) %
31.08.2026
C. HARI SHANKAR, J.
¶1The grievance of the petitioner in this case is that, despite order dated 25 September 2025, passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court, whereby the Central Administrative Tribunal1 was directed to dispose of the OA 1724/2021 within three months, the matter is yet to be heard.
¶2After some hearing, learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks
1 "Tribunal" hereinafter
W.P.(C) 12591/2026
leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to move an application before the Tribunal for expedited hearing of the OA, enclosing a copy of the order dated 25 September 2025 passed by this Court.
¶3We have no doubt once the attention of the Tribunal is drawn to the order dated 25 September 2025 of this Court, it would make every effort to comply with para 6 thereof.
¶4The petition is accordingly disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
