¶1Learned counsel for the parties state that the inter se disputes have been amicably resolved under the aegis of the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre.

¶2It is further stated that vide the Settlement Agreement 29.05.2026, the terms of settlement have been recorded in para 8(A) to 8(M). It is stated that the compliances required are already completed except the fact that once the present Settlement Agreement is recorded by this Court, the petitioner shall withdraw the Arbitration Petition bearing no. ARB.P. 1209/2022 and the respondent shall withdraw CCP(O) 59/2021.

¶3It is also stated that in terms of the amount having being paid by the petitioner to the respondent, the decree sought to be enforced vide OMP (ENF.) (COMM.) 127/2021 also stands satisfied. The Settlement Agreement dated

29.05.2026 is taken on record.

¶5Parties shall remain bound by the terms of Settlement Agreement.

¶6In terms thereof, the petitions i.e. ARB.P. 1209/2022 and CCP(O) 59/2021 are dismissed as withdrawn and OMP (ENF.) (COMM.) 127/2021 stands satisfied.

¶7In terms of the above, the petitions are disposed of accordingly.
