¶2The present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to respondent-MCD to take action against the unauthorized building constructed by respondent no.4 at property bearing H no. E-29, Ward No-1, Near IG Delhi Public School, Dusu Road, Mehrauli, New Delhi-110030 This is a digitally signed order. W.P.(C) 12445/2026 ('subject property').

¶3Photograph has been filed along with the writ petition which shows a building to be under construction.

¶4Mr. Kapil Dutta, Advocate appears on behalf of respondent-MCD on advance notice and has handed over a photograph taken on 25th August, 2026, which shows that the subject property is fully constructed. He further points out that the petitioner is not immediate neighbour of the subject property. He submits that there is no ongoing construction at the subject property.

4.1 The aforesaid photograph is taken on record.

¶5Taking note of the aforesaid submission, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present writ petition.

¶6The writ petition is disposed of.
