ORDER .

25.1t.2011 By way of present revision petition under Section 401 Cr.PC, the petitioner has assailed an order dated 28.L20t1 passed in MT Case No.309 of 2010 passed by the leamed Family Judge, Rohini Courts, New Delhi. The petitioner is the husband of Smt. Shaquila Bano. Out of the wedlock two daughters namely Sahina Bano and Ranno Banno both now aged 7 and 2 years respectively, have been born and are in the custody of their mother. The respondent no.l filed a petition under Section 125 Cr.P.C claiming maintenance of Rs.10,000/- per month. However, the leamed Judge Family Court vide the impugned order granted maintenance of Rs.1,000/- each for the two daughters per month and Rs. 2000/- per month to respondent No.1. As regards Smt. Shaquila Bano, the order was passed till May, 2010 as she was admittedly employed and earning since June,2010. There is no dispute about the fact that both the daughters are studying in school. Keeping in view the above facts, I do not see any illegality or perversity in the impugned order as the maintenance awarded by the learned Judge, Family Court was just and reasonable.
