¶1In terms of directions given by this Court on last date of hearing, learned Addl. P.P. for State places on record verification report of the medical documents in question. As per documents shown today, which are directed to be taken on record, applicant underwent surgery on 08.08.2026 and the relevant observations are as under:- "2. ...... patient underwent surgery on 08/08/2026 (BILATERAL, L4, L5 TRANSPEDICULAR SCREWS AND RODS FIXATION and LEFT L4 LAMINA FENESTRATION and L4-L5 FACETECTOMY AND LEFT L5 NERVE ROOT DECOMPRESSION under GA on 08/08/26).

¶3Patient requires physiotherapy and rehabilitation for 4-6 weeks, which can be done outside and no requirement of further hospitalization."

terms of observations appearing in said order, he has undergone aforesaid surgery.

¶3Keeping in mind the aforesaid medical report received from Dr. Ashish Goyal, Senior Consultant Neuro Spine Surgery, Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, New Delhi, interim bail is extended for another period of six weeks, on the same terms and conditions, as imposed by learned Trial Court on 18.07.2026.

¶4Application stands disposed of in aforesaid terms.
