ORDER

17.09.2010 These petitions have been filed by the petitioner for quashing FIRs. The petitioner is stated to be facing four cases being FIR Nos. 63 of 2005, Police Station Kalkaji; FIR No. 155 of 2005, Police Station Kalkaji; FIR No.1 033 of 2006, Police Station Kalkaji; FIR No.1 038 of 2006 Police Station Kalkaji. The investigation in 3 of the FIRs is complete but the investigation in FIR No.1 038 of 2006 is stated to be pending and challan has not been filed. One FIR No. 919 of 2006 has already been quashed. It is submitted by counsel for the petitioner that his petition be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to argue on charge before the trial court concerned since chargesheet have been filed in those cases. However, he prays that all the cases should be tried by the same Court in an expeditious manner. In view of these submissions, the petitions are hereby dismissed as withdrawn. However, it is directed that cases pending against the petitioner shall be tried in the Court of Mr. Navin Arora, ACMM posted at South Delhi, Saket, New Delhi. It is also directed that the cases be tried as expeditiously as possible since the cases are already five year old.
