¶1Petitioner seeks quashing of FIR No.18/2018 dated 19.01.2018, registered at P.S. Mansarovar Park, for commission of offences under Sections 326B/323/34 IPC.

¶2The FIR, as noted above, is of the year 2018 and, according to learned counsel for the petitioner, there is no progress in the matter as no charge-sheet has yet been filed.

¶3Learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the respondent/State appears on advance notice and, on instructions, submits that an untraced report is likely to be filed very shortly.

¶4In view of the abovesaid statement, learned counsel for the petitioner, without prejudice to his rights and contentions, seeks to withdraw the present This is a digitally signed order. W.P.(CRL) 2525/2026

petition with liberty to file it afresh at a later stage, if need so arises.

¶5The petition is, accordingly, disposed of as withdrawn.

¶6Liberty, as prayed, is granted.
