¶2The present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (hereinafter referred to as 'BNSS'), seeking extension of parole in FIR No. 31/2010 registered at Police Station Adarsh Nagar, for offences punishable under Sections 302, 201 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (hereinafter referred to as 'IPC').

¶3Learned counsel for the State has verified the medical documents submitted by the petitioner in support of her contention that her daughter as well as her husband are suffering from medical ailments. He further submits that the concerned documents have been verified which have been found to be genuine.

¶4In view of the concerned facts and circumstances, the parole granted to the petitioner vide order dated 07.08.2026, is further extended for a period of This is a digitally signed order. four weeks from today on the same terms and conditions.
