Case file has been received back pursuant to order dated
25.07.2016 of learned District and Sessions Judge (East), KKD Courts, Delhi on the ground that the property in dispute does not fall within the jurisdiction of said court.
Perusal of the case file, it is reveals that plaintiff has filed the suit for specific performance of the property situated at Gandhi Nagar, Delhi -110031. On confirmation from various sources, it is revealed that the dispute pertaining to Gandhi Nagar, Delhi-110031 property would fall in Shahdara District, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi. Accordingly, in view of notification no.27187/DHC/Orgl. Dated 24.11.2015, the present matter stands transferred. Parties are Contd....2 directed to appear before the Court of Ld. District Judge, Shahdara District, Karkardooma Court Complex, Delhi on 07.09.2016 at 10.00 a.m. Issue court notice to learned counsels for parties (without PF) for appearance before the said court on that date and time.
