¶1These are writ petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of NEET (UG) scorecards.

¶2For the reasons stated in the petitions, issue notice.

¶3Mr. Khanna, and Mr. Jaganathan, learned counsels accept notice on behalf of the respondents NTA and NMC respectively.

¶4Mr. Khanna, learned standing counsel for the respondent No. 1, states that the NTA is in the process of making an SOP, wherein the candidates such as the petitioners will get their score cards from the Digi Locker platform.

¶5For the said reasons, the present petitions shall be treated as The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. applications and once the SOP is formalised, the score cards shall be released to the petitioners.

¶6It is expected that since the exams are scheduled in the month of December, 2026, the needful shall be done by 31.10.2026.

¶7In case the petitioners are aggrieved, they shall be entitled to revive the petitions post 31.10.2026.
