¶1None appears for the petitioner when the matter is called out.

¶2The present writ petition has been filed seeking directions to the respondent nos. 1 to 5, to take action against the illegal and unauthorized construction raised by respondent nos. 6 and 7 at the properties bearing Nos. 6234 and 6234-A, measuring approximately 240 square yards, situated at Kucha Shiv Mandir, Gali Batashan, Near Fatehpuri Masjid, Delhi-110006 (MCD Ward No. 79). ¶4Learned counsel appearing for respondent no. 4 reiterates the said position and submits that the said property cannot be located. May, 2025, this Court had noted the statement made by learned counsel appearing for respondent no. 4, i.e., Archaeological Survey of India ("ASI"), that the officials of the ASI had duly visited and inspected the properties question, after receipt of the present petition. However, property No. 6234, as mentioned in the present writ petition, could not be located.

¶5This Court further notes the submissions made by learned counsel appearing for the ASI that the officials of the ASI found on-going construction in the property bearing No. 6230. However, construction in the said property was found to be carried out pursuant to a Sanctioned Building Plan.

¶6Learned counsel appearing for respondent nos. 6 and 7 submits that the property of the respondent nos. 6 and 7 is the property bearing No. 6230. He submits that the construction is being carried out as per Sanctioned Building Plan.

¶7Accordingly, considering the aforesaid submissions, no orders are required to be passed by this Court.

¶8The present writ petition, along with the pending application, is accordingly disposed of.
