¶3The present application has been filed by the Petitioner under Section 403 read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (hereinafter referred to as the 'BNSS'), seeking rectification of the order dated

11.08.2026.

¶4Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that in the order dated

11.08.2026, the appearance on behalf of the Petitioner has inadvertently been recorded as "Mr. Shri Singh, Sr. Adv. along with Mr. Gautam Khazanchi, Ms. Namrata Sandhnani, Mr. Ayush Sachan, Advs.", whereas Mr. Rohit Gupta, This is a digitally signed order. Advocate had appeared and addressed arguments on behalf of the Petitioner.

¶5Accordingly, the appearance on behalf of the Petitioner in the order dated 11.08.2026 shall be read as "Mr. Rohit Gupta, Advocate" in place of the appearance presently recorded therein. The order dated 11.08.2026 stands corrected to the aforesaid extent.

¶6The application is allowed and disposed of accordingly.
