¶1This petition is filed seeking directions to SDM to demarcate the land of 9 Biswas in Khasra No. 434 situated in revenue estate of Village Jasola Tehsil Sarita Vihar, District South East, Delhi.

¶2The grievance raised in the petition is that the application made for demarcation on 09.01.2017 has not been dealt with till date.

¶3It is an undisputed fact that the land in question has been urbanized. The issue that after urbanization of the land, which authority has to carry out demarcation is sub-judice before a Larger Bench of this Court.

¶4This writ petition is disposed of at this stage with the direction that the SDM shall immediately decide the application of demarcation after the This is a digitally signed order. decision of the Larger Bench and if so required would transfer the application to the competent authority.

¶5In case of an inordinate delay, the petitioner shall be at liberty to avail remedies in accordance with law.
