¶1The Petitioner appeared in person on 23rd August, 2022 and on 18th January, 2023 when the notice was issued. Thereafter, notice could not be issued to the Respondents since the process fees was returned under objection and the Petitioner did not re-file the same. As a result, on 11th May, 2023, the Joint Registrar directed the matter to be listed before the Court.
¶2Since then, matter has listed before the Court on 17th May, 2023, 3rd November, 2023, 12th March, 2024 and 21st August, 2024; however, there was no appearance on behalf of the Petitioner on any of the said dates.
¶3The position remains the same even today. Despite multiple calls, no one has appeared in the present petition.
¶4In light of the above, it appears that the Petitioner has lost interest in the present writ petition. This is a digitally signed order. 5. Dismissed in default and for non-prosecution. SANJEEV NARULA, J NOVEMBER 20, 2024 as This is a digitally signed order.
