¶1The accused/applicant seeks regular bail in case FIR No. 293/2024 of PS Nangloi for offence under Section 370/371/419/34 IPC and Section 81 JJ Act.
¶2Learned APP for State, assisted by Investigating Officer/Inspector Puneet Bharti, strongly opposes this bail application pointing out that the accused/applicant was involved in trafficking of infants and had even floated an advertisement on a website claiming herself as authorized person for adoption.
