21.08.2026, whereby the matters fixed for 27.08.2026 were directed to be taken up on 31.08.2026, the present matter is taken up today.

¶2The present Revision Petition has been filed under Section 25-B(8) of the Delhi Rent Control Act, 1958 read with Section 115 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, seeking revision of the Order dated

02.05.2026 passed by the learned Additional Rent Controller-02, Central District, Delhi ["learned ARC"] in the matter, being RC ARC No. 671/2024, titled as "Sh. Gajraj Singh Jain and Anr. versus Paramjit Singh and Ors." whereby the learned ARC allowed the Respondents' Application seeking leave to defend.

¶3Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioners, after advancing arguments for a considerable period of time, on instructions, seeks the leave of this Court to withdraw the present Petition.

¶4Leave, as sought for, is granted. This is a digitally signed order. 5. Accordingly, the present Petition, along with pending Application(s), if any, stands dismissed as withdrawn.
