¶2Application dated 30 Mar 2026 requesting for This is a digitally signed order. resignation from GREF service in respect of GS-200787K JE

(Civ) KRISHAN KANT SAGAR of 157 FCPL/110 RCC/31 BRTF was forwarded to this HQ vide letter at Para 1.

¶3It is intimated that the Competent Authority has accepted the resignation."

¶2Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the cause of action no longer survives, as the same stand addressed.

¶3The present petition stands disposed of as infructuous.

¶4Pending application(s), if any, also stand disposed of.
