As regards the Petitioner No. 2, learned counsel for the Respondent on instructions from Shri Sandeep Sharma states that the Respondent does not press the complaint qua the Petitioner No.2/ accused No.5 Mrs. Reena Gambhir, as she was not the Director of the company at the relevant time. Thus, the proceedings against Petitioner No.2 Smt. Reena Gambhir in Complaint Cases No. 25394/2009, 24964/2009 and 12039/2009 titled as M/s Reliance Capital Ltd. Vs. M/s D.D.
