¶3Perusal of the aforesaid Status Report filed on behalf of the MCD shows that a Demolition Order was passed on 27th May, 2025, pursuant to which, partial demolition action was also taken on 25th

¶5In case, any party is aggrieved by any action or non-action on the part of the MCD, their right to seek remedies, in accordance with law, is reserved.
