¶1On 12.08.2026, the following order was passed by the Court:

¶1Learned senior counsel representing the Appellants, on account of similar matters pending before DB-I, seeks an adjournment to enable the Appellants to approach Hon'ble the Chief Justice requesting to list all the connected matters together.

¶2At this stage, learned counsel representing the Respondents in EPA 269/2019, EPA 299/2019 and EPA 477/2019 submits that the said Appeals have been filed against Interim Orders passed by the learned Single Judge in the respective Writ Petitions. It is further submitted that during the pendency of the aforesaid Appeals, the concerned Writ Petitions have since been disposed of by the learned Single Judge The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. and that the aforesaid Appeals are rendered infructuous.

¶3Learned senior counsel representing the Appellants prays for, adjournment in order to verify the aforesaid position and placed the relevant facts before the Court on the next date of hearing.

¶4List on 31.08.2026 in the Supplementary List.

¶5A photocopy of the order passed today be kept in the connected matters.

¶2Learned Senior Counsel representing the Appellants, on instructions from the concerned official of the Department of Education, submits that LPA Nos. 269/2019, 299/2019, 300/2019 and 477/2019 have been rendered infructuous.

¶3Order accordingly.

¶4Learned Counsel representing the parties submit that the final order passed by the learned Single Judge has already been challenged in LPA No. 560/2026. LPA 226/2019 and CM APPL. 53181/2026 LPA 230/2019 and CM APPL. 20316/2019, CM APPL. 21081/2019and CM APPL. 22201/2019
