23.05.2011 the learned counsel for the petitioner appeared and sought some more time to find out the address of the respondent thereafter neither any application has been filed nor has any attempt been made to serve the respondent. Prior to this on 19.04.2011 there was no appearance on behalf of the petitioner. A perusal of this record shows that the petitioner does not seem to be interested in pursuing the matter.
