01.02.2016 This is a suit having jurisdictional value less than rupees two crores falling within Central District. It is also informed to the court that the connected matter bearing CS(OS) 374/2004 has already been transferred to the concerned District court for 21/04/2016.

Keeping in view of notification no.27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015 & in exercise of powers conferred by Section 4 of the Delhi High Court (Amendment) Act, 2015 (Act 23 of 2015), the present matter stands transferred. Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld. District & Session Judge ( Central District), Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi on 21st April, 2016.

Date, if any, fixed earlier before this court, stands cancelled.
