¶5It was also submitted before this Court on 19.03.2026 that an appeal under Section 37 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act of 1996 is pending before a Division Bench of this Court, whereby stay on the execution of the arbitral award has been granted.

¶6In view thereof, the present execution petition is dismissed for want of non-prosecution with liberty to seek revival as and when the situation arises.
