To allow the Criminal Writ Petition Under Article 226 Of The Constitution Of India R/W 482 Crpc/528 BNSS for issuance of writ of mandamus and certiorari or any other nature for passing directions to the respondent to complete investigation swiftly and to file chargesheet in a time bound manner IN FIR NO. 650/2023; PS DWARKA NORTH U/S 420/468/471 OF THE INDIAN PENAL CODE."

¶2It is pointed out that the charge-sheet has been filed, therefore, the prayer stands mitigated.

¶3If the petitioner has any further grievance, he shall be at liberty to approach the concerned Court. The concerned Court shall deal with the same in accordance with law.
