However, from a perusal of the order sheet it is not evident as to whether all the respondents in the appeal have put in appearance or not. In the aforesaid circumstances no specific time frame can be issued for disposal of the application for stay. However, opposite party no.1 may consider grant of interim injunction to the appellants in case they are able to make out a case for the same.
