¶1List revised. None is present on behalf of the petitioner. However, learned Standing Counsel is present.

¶2This Court, vide order dated 23.3.2022, has issued notice to the petitioner to engage another counsel. For ready reference, order dated 23.3.2022 is quoted hereinbelow:- "Mr. J.K. Sinha, learned counsel for the petitioner has been appointed as a Government Advocate, therefore, issue card notice to the petitioner to engage some other counsel. List after service."

¶3As per the office report dated 9.5.2022, notice was issued to the petitioner, however, neither acknowledgement due nor undelivered cover has been received back.

¶4In view of the above, service of notice upon the petitioner is deemed to be sufficient.

¶5Record reveals that one Mr. Om Prakash Mishra, learned Advocate has filed listing application on behalf of the petitioner. On said application petition has been ordered to be listed at an early date, vide order dated 2.9.2022.

¶6Bench Secretary has informed that listing application has been filed by Sri Om Prakash Mishra, Advocate without any Vakalatnama (memo of appearance) signed by the petitioner.

¶7It appears that the aforesaid fact has not been brought to the knowledge of the Court while passing the order dated 2.9.2022.
