By this application, the applicant, who is the petitioner in WP(C) No. 821/2024 is praying for impleadment of the Secretary to the Government of Assam, Higher Education Department, Dispur, Guwahati – 6, as party respondent No. 5 in the said writ petition. Learned counsel for the opposite parties has no objections. This Court has also perused the cause shown in the present application and is satisfied. Accordingly, the prayer for impleadment is allowed. I.A. is disposed of.
