¶2By way of this application, the applicant is seeking for direction to be impleaded as a party respondent No. 5 in WP(C) No. 7674 of 2024.

¶3It is contended on behalf of the applicant that this Court in the aforementioned Writ Petition has stayed the applicant's promotion to the post of Anganwadi Worker at No. 46 Paramai Bheti Part-I, Anganwadi Centre. Accordingly, aggrieved by the aforesaid order.

¶4Mr. A. Hassan, learned counsel and Mr. Nath, learned counsel do not oppose to the prayer for impleadment. Page No.# 3/3

¶5Having heard the learned counsels and in the interest of justice, the applicant i.e. Mrs. Rose Sultana Ahmed Aged-37 years, W/o Md. Mazibur Rahman, R/o Village-Paramai Bheti, Presiding Officer-Dagaon, Police Station-Juria, Pin-781380, District, Nagaon, Assam is allowed to be impleaded as party respondent No. 5 in WP(C) No. 7674 of 2022.
