¶1The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the FIR registered as Page No.# 2/2 Sukchar P.S. Case No. 48/2016 is under challenge in the present petition, however, the investigation has in the meantime been completed and charge-sheet has also been filed and that the matter is at the stage of evidence. Accordingly, the learned counsel for the petitioner has instruction not to press this petition and to withdraw the same.

¶2In view of the aforesaid, this criminal petition stands closed on withdrawal.

¶3The interim order, if any, passed earlier stands vacated.
