ORDER 03-12-2024 Heard Mr. J Rabha, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. M Haloi, learned Special Public Prosecutor, CBI for the respondent.

¶2By this application under Section 483 BNSS, 2023, the petitioner, namely Sankar Kumar Biswas is seeking bail in CBI, ACB, Guwahati Case No. RC0172024E0018 registered under Sections 120(B)/409/420/506 of IPC read with Sections 21(1)/21(3)/23/25 of the Banning of Unregulated Deposit Schemes Act, 2019 arising out of Dhubri Police Station Case Page No.# 2/2 No. 310/2024, in which he was arrested on 04.09.2024 and since then is in custody.

¶3During the deliberation of the matter, Mr. M Haloi, learned Special Public Prosecutor, DBI, on instruction, has submitted that CBI after completion of the investigation of the case has already submitted Charge-Sheet in said CBI, ACB, Guwahati Case No. RC0172024E0018 arising out of Dhubri Police Station Case No. 310/2024 vide Charge Sheet No. 18/2024 dated

30.11.2024.

¶4In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to appear before the appropriate forum/authority for his regular bail in said CBI, ACB, Guwahati Case No. RC0172024E0018, noted above.

¶5Accordingly, this bail application stands disposed of.
