03/12/2024 Heard Mr. N Mahajan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. B Sarma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam for the State.

¶2The petitioner, namely, Alit Ch. Wary @ Alit Wary, son of Jatindra Nath Wary, resident of Village-Dakshinkuchi, P.S. Barbari, District-Baksa, has filed this application under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023, seeking pre-arrest bail apprehending his arrest in Barbari P.S. Case No. 29/2024 registered under Section 74/75 of BNS, 2023 corresponding to G.R. No. 524/2024.

¶3The Court by order dated 14.08.2024 granted interim bail to the petitioner, named above, in said Barbari P.S. Case No. 29/2024.

¶4During the deliberation of the matter, Mr. Sarma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam, on instruction submitted that police after completion of investigation of the case has already submitted charge-sheet in said Barbari P.S. Case No. 29/2024 vide Charge-Sheet No. 28/2024 dated

31.08.2024.

¶5In view of the above, the petitioner may approach the appropriate forum/authority for his regular bail in said Barbari P.S. Case No. 29/2024 corresponding to G.R. No. 524/2024 on or before

10.12.2024.

¶6Till then (i.e., 10.12.2024), the petitioner shall remain on interim bail granted to him earlier on 14.08.2024 in said Barbari P.S. Case No. 29/2024.

¶7With the above observation and direction, this pre-arrest bail application stands disposed of.
