28.11.2024 Heard Mr. S Borthakur, learned counsel for the petitioners and Ms. S H Bora, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam for the State. 2) The Court by order dated 05.09.2024 called for the case diary pertaining to Bokakhat Police Station Case No. 90/2024, corresponding to G.R. No.108/2024 registered under Sections 61(2)/196/308(2)/308(3)/329(4)/74/351(2) BNS, 2023 and in the interim, granted pre-arrest bail to the petitioners, namely, (i) Pranab Doley, son of Lokhi Doley; and (ii) Rajib Pegu, son of Bojiya Pegu, which is in force till date, i.e.,

28.11.2024. 3) During the deliberation of the matter, Ms. Bora, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam, on the instruction, submitted that police after completion of investigation of the case has already submitted charge-sheet in said Bokakhat P.S. Case No. 90/2024 vide charge-sheet No. 96/2024 dated 21.11.2024. 4) As such, the petitioners, named above, are directed to approach the appropriate forum for their regular bail on or before 06.12.2024. 5) For the said purpose, interim bail granted to the petitioners earlier on 05.09.2024 in said Bokakhat P.S. Case No. 90/2024 is extended up to 06.12.2024 only. 6) With the above observation and direction, this pre-arrest bail application stands disposed of.
