28.11.2024 Heard Mr. M Basumatari, learned counsel for the petitioners and Ms. S H Bora, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam for the State. 2) By this application filed under Section 483 BNSS, 2023, the petitioners, namely,

(i) Rogshal Bagbi, son of Shri Tadin Bagbi, (ii) Tepa Bagbi, son of Late Daji Bagbi and (iii) Take Bagbi, son of Shri Pakje Bagbi, all residents of village Bagbi, P.S.- Daporijo, District-Upper Subansiri, State-Arunachal Pradesh are praying for their bail in Gohpur Police Station Case No. 143/2024, corresponding to G.R. No. 277/2024, registered under Sections 303(2)/317(2) BNS, 2023, wherein, they were arrested on

18.10.2024 and are in custody since then. 3) During the deliberation of the matter, Ms. Bora, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam, on the instruction, submitted that police after completion of investigation of the case has already submitted charge-sheet in said Gohpur P.S. Case No. 143/2024 vide charge-sheet No. 132/2024 dated 31.10.2024. 4) As such, the petitioners, named above, are directed to approach the appropriate forum for their regular bail in said Gohpur P.S. Case No. 143/2024. 5) With the above observation and direction, this bail application stands closed.
