25.11.2024 Heard Ms. Tun Rajkhowa, learned counsel for the petitioners and Ms. S H Bora, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam for the State. 2) By this application filed under Section 483 BNSS, 2023, the petitioners, namely,

(i) Sri Mithun Deori, son of Sri Aditya Deori and (ii) Sri Aditya Deori, son of Sri Bikudar Deori, both residents of No.2 Dikrong Chapori, Police Station-Bihupuria, District-Lakhimpur, are praying for their bail in Bihupuria Police Station Case No. 109/2024, corresponding to G.R. No.507/2024, registered under Sections 20(c)/29 of the NDPS Act, 1985, wherein, they were arrested on 16.07.2024 and are in custody since then. 3) During the deliberation of the matter, Ms. Bora, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam, on instruction, submitted that police after completion of investigation of the case has already submitted charge-sheet in said Bihupuria P.S. Case No. 109/2024 vide charge-sheet No. 125/2024 dated 20.09.2024. 4) As such, the petitioners, named above, are directed to approach the appropriate forum for their regular bail in said Bihupuria P.S. Case No. 109/2024. 5) With the above observation and direction, this bail application stands closed.
