¶1Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner.

¶2The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "WHEREFORE, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble court may graciously be pleased to direct the Additional District Judge court No.1 Lakhimpur Kheri to decide the interim relief application pending with the Revision No. 33/2024) Nazibul Rahim Khan versus Jagtar Singh and others ) U/S 116 of C.P.C. pending since 2024 before the court of Additional District Judge -I Kheri as expeditious as possible or within a period as stipulated by this Hon'ble court"

¶3Considering the relief as sought, the present petition is disposed of directing the concerned court to consider and decide the abovesaid application in accordance with law with all expedition preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
