¶2The petitioner is aggrieved by non-provision of paddy.

¶3Let the petitioner raise the grievance in writing before the opposite party no. 4-District Manager, U.P. Cooperative Federation Ltd., District Raebareli with regard to non-provision of paddy by certain purchase centers which have been attached with petitioner-rice mill or vice-versa as the case may be, whereupon, the opposite party no. 4 shall get the facts verified, do the needful and take such decision as may be required in law but with expedition say within two weeks.
