¶1Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

¶2The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). Direct the opposite party no. 1 i.e. Civil Judge (Senior Division), Court No. 20, Barabanki to decide the recall application No. 71/2024 which has been moved by the private respondent on

08.08.2024 in Original Suit No. 675/2011 (Rameshchandra and others Versus Rameshwar and others) on the date fixed i.e. on 30.01.2025 or within a time frame as stipulated by this Hon'ble Court."

¶3Considering the aforesaid prayer, it is directed that the trial court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending recall application with all expedition, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of production of copy of this order.
