¶1Present petition has been filed for the following relief: "1. to issue order or direction directing to the opposite party no.1 i.e. Civil Judge (Junior Division), District-Gonda to decide the application under order-39, Rule-2 C.P.C. (Stay Application) arising out in civil suit no. 63/2023 (Biraju v/s Rakesh Kumar Rajbhar & Others) within a stipulated time as early possible in the interest of justice within specific stipulated period."

¶2Considering the relief as prayed for, the present petition is disposed off directing the Court concerned to decide the application filed in the aforesaid suit with all expedition, preferably within six weeks from the date of filing of a certified copy of this order, in accordance with law.
