¶1Present petition has been filed for the following relief: "(i) Issue order an or direction commanding the learned F.T.C(Jr.Div.) Sultanpur to conclude and decide the original Suit No.668/1994 titled as Ram Samujh Versus Ram Bahor which is pending since last thirty years and presently pending before learned F.T.C (Jr.Div) Sultanpur, within stipulated period of time."

¶2Considering the relief as prayed for, the present petition is disposed off directing the Court concerned to decide the aforesaid suit with all expedition, preferably within one year from the date of filing of a certified copy of this order, in accordance with law.
