¶1Heard.

¶2By means of the writ petition, the petitioner has challenged the order dated 21.08.2023 cancelling the letter of intent issued on 19.10.2022 on the ground that some fraud has been committed by pasting the photograph of another person on an afÏdavit submitted by the petitioner and other reasons mentioned therein. This petition has been filed in December, 2024 after more than a year.

¶3Petitioner's Counsel after arguing the matter at some length submitted that on the representation of the petitioner, the matter may be revisited by the concerned ofÏcials of the Oil Company.

¶4However, Ms. Pushpila Bisht, counsel appearing for Oil Company says that there is no occasion to revisit the matter when the petition itself is highly belated.

¶5In view of the above and the reasons given for cancellation, we see no reason to interfere in the matter at this belated stage.

¶6Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
