¶1On 13.12.2024, this Court has passed the following order:- "Learned counsel for the petitioner is reported to be ill. In the interest of justice, the case is adjourned for the day. List/put up this case on 19.12.2024. In view of age of litigation, it is made clear that on the next date of listing, the case would not be adjourned on any ground including the ground of illness and an appropriate order would be passed even in absence of learned counsel for the petitioner in the first call including the order of dismissal of the case for want of prosecution."

¶2Today when the case called out, no one has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner to press this petition and illness slip has been sent on behalf of learned counsel for the petitioner. However, learned counsel representing side opposite is present in the Court.
