¶1Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

¶2The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioners with the following main prayer :- "(i) Issue a suitable direction to the court of Civil Judge (Senior Division) Court No. 15, Sultanpur to decide the application under Order 39 Rule 1 and 2 of CPC (Paper NO. 6C2) moved in Original Suit No. 418 of 2024 "Ateeq Ahmad vs Vasid Ahmad and others" pending before him, date fixed as 03.02.2025, expeditiously within stipulated period as early as possible, as contained in Annexure No.1 to this petition, in the interest of justice."

¶3Considering the aforesaid prayer, it is directed that the trial court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending matters with all expedition, preferably within a period of six weeks.
