Sri Avinash Pandey, Advocate, has put in appearance by filing Vakalatnama on behalf of the complainant and the same is taken on record. Heard learned counsel for the applicant,Sri Avinash Pandey, learned counsel for the complainant, learned AGA for the State and perused the record. The instant anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant with the prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 0166 of 2023, under sections 323 / 452 / 504 / 506 / 308 of the I.P.C., Police Station-Jethwara, District-Pratapgarh. Learned counsel for the applicant has failed to satisfactorily substantiate that the applicant would not tamper the evidences and would not threaten the witnesses. Apprehension of arrest has also been denied.
