¶1Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner.

¶2The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "Wherefore, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to direct the opposite party no.1 to decide the Claim Petition No.937/2024 "Sub Inspector (Civil Police) Praveen Kumar versus State of U.P. and others", in time bound manner as stipulated by this Hon'ble Court."

¶3Considering the fact that the matter is seized with the tribunal, the present writ petition is disposed off permitting the petitioner to move an appropriate application for expeditious disposal highlighting his grievance. In case, such application is filed, the tribunal shall make an earnest endeavour to conclude the proceedings expeditiously.
