¶1Present petition has been filed for the following relief: "I. Issue an order or direction thereby commanding the opposite party no.1 to expeditiously decide and dispose of the proceeding of Civil Suit no.1803 of 2024 for regular suit no.1803 titled as "Shahab Alam VS Syed Raza Shah Abdi and Others" pending before the court of Learned Civil Judge (Senior Division) Malihabad, Lucknow i.e. opposite party no.1, a short reasonable period to be prescribed by this Hon'ble court in the interest of justice."

¶2Considering the fact that the suit is pending since 2024, the present petition is disposed off directing that if any application is filed for expeditious disposal of the suit, the same shall be considered by the Court concerned in accordance with law and in terms of the administrative guidelines issued by this Court.
