After arguing the matter at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file afresh. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh with specific pleadings and proof that the land which is recorded in the name of private opposite parties was in fact the land given under the Bhoodan movement and also that Patta of the same was never given to private opposite parties, disclosing details in this regard as to the year since which the private opposite parties are recorded in respect of the land in question and what is the locus standi of the petitioner in the matter.
