¶1Present petition has been filed for the following relief: "1. Issue order or direction to direct the opposite party no.-1 i.e Civil Judge (Junior Division) (Sadar), Faizabad to decide the Original Suit No.-793 of 2017 "Shiv Prasad Vs Ram Gopal & Others" pending since 23.08.2017 within some stipulated time."

¶2Considering the relief as prayed for, the present petition is disposed off directing the petitioner to move an appropriate application for expeditious disposal before the Court concerned which shall be considered in accordance with law and in terms of the administrative guidelines issued by this Court without giving any unnecessary adjournment to any of the parties.
