Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned State Counsel for opposite parties no.1 and 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner is granted liberty to amend the prayer clause of the petition to incorporate the words "now under section 38 (2) of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006" during the course of the day. Present petition has been filed seeking a direction to the concerned authority for expeditious disposal of the proceedings for correction of records which were initiated under section 33/39 of the U.P. Land Revenue Act and are pending consideration since 2022. It has been submitted that in the aforesaid proceedings all the parties concerned have already put in appearance and filed their objections. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances the opposite party no.2 is directed to consider and decide the case no.8254/2022 expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months from the date a certified copy of this order is brought on record of the proceedings in case there is no other legal impediment. Aforesaid time frame shall be subject to the cooperation of the parties in early disposal of the proceedings. With the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of.
