¶1Heard Sri Shrawan Kumar Verma, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Standing counsel.

¶2It has been submitted that the petitioner was initially appointed as Assistant Wasil Baqui Nawis in 1999. Subsequently, his services were reglarized in 2017. The claim of the petitioner is with regard to counting his services prior to his regularization from the date of his initial appointment for the purposes of pension.

¶3After arguing the matter at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the grievance of the petitioner shall stand substantially redressed in case opposite party No.4 i.e. Joint Director, Treasury and Pension, Devi Patan Mandal, Gonda is directed to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner dated 5.8.2023, as contained in Annexure No.14 to the writ petition, expeditiously.

¶4Learned Standing counsel does not object to the prayer made by the petitioner.

¶5Accordingly, without entering into merits of the case, the petition is disposed of with a direction to opposite party No.4 to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner dated

5.8.2023, as contained in Annexure No.14 to the writ petition, expeditiously, say within a period of six weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is placed before him, in accordance with law and communicate the decision to the petitioner.
