¶1Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned A.G.A. for State.

¶2Learned A.G.A. on instructions states that in this case charge-sheet has been prepared on 18.12.2024 and sent to the supervisory authority and the same is pending for consideration.

¶3Learned counsel for petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to challenge the charge-sheet before the supervisory authority.

¶4If petitioner has any grievance in respect of charge-sheet, petitioner can express it by way of application before the supervisory authority within a period of ten days' from today, who shall consider the same and take decision in the matter in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks thereafter.
